Chronological list of Displays of the New Zealand AIDS Memorial Quilt

The following list of displays of The Quilt has been made up from a wide range of records and is as complete as it is possible to make it from the information available. You will note that from 2001, there appears to be little in the way of displays. It is from about 2001 that there was no permanent staff member to look after The Quilt or to display it hence the marked reduction in displays listed.

There are most likely omissions from this list (particularly from 2001 on) and there could be a few discrepancies in dates of other displays listed. Some of the displays listed may not have happened - we would have found a booking for a display but nothing else so we can only presume that it went ahead. Please accept in advance our apologies for any errors/omissions.

Unless otherwise stated, all displays are in New Zealand. Displays are listed as being Public, International, Educational (schools, universities, technical institutes etc.), Maraes or Other (such as Lions groups or other organisations)

A dash ( -- ) in the date column means the same date as the previous entry in the list.
